Frankie’s going to be all right

Well, Frankie is back from seeing the vet, and had bloodwork, urine work, and FiV/FeLV tests done. The vet even threw in some gum-cleaning.

What made us is happy is it’s all good news, aside from his kidneys, as expected. His fortekor dosage will be raised back to one half pill daily. He’ll be ok soon. [...]

Why the difference in acceptance level in how our cats are killed?

The 3rd David Hooi arrest has people speaking out, voicing their feelings for the cats he has killed.

Both tec minions were there, presumably to help out at the Cat Welfare Society’s booth. But having arrived at the venue under the auspices of volunteering, this minion [...]

Sunday Times 20071104: Serial cat abuser arrested again

Coverage on the 3rd David Hooi arrest in the Sunday Times. It says incorrectly that “CONVICTED serial cat abuser David Hooi, who was recently released after a year-long jail term, has been arrested again”. Hooi DID NOT serve the full jail-term. He was released on good-behaviour sometime in March/April.
