Black cats, cars and town councils willing to twist like pretzels

The complainant with an agenda against black cats, whom I spoke of here is still not satisfied with his pound of blood. Dawn spoke of the problems the caregivers in the area still face from this one whinger.

Incidentally, Dawn’s dealing with 2 other cases where the complainant’s whining about cats sitting on his car… in a very well-managed area it seems

What is it with Singaporeans??? Why do we have so many whingers in our midst? The worst is, Town Councils are so perfectly happy to remove cats, no matter the complaint, they seem to be pretzel twisty, not just bending over backwards.
