Corrie – special needs old girl

UPDATE 5 Feb 08: Corrie has passed away on 4 Feb 08.

Corrie’s a special needs old girl: Read her history here.

Corrie is at least 8-10 years old, FiV positive, with low-adoption potential. She was abandoned in June 06 and has been boarded at Foster Mum’s since then.

She went from this on June 8 2006…

… to this, taking 6 months to achieve some semblance of health.

Foster Mum allows her to free-range within the cattery compound. She’s blossomed from the scrawny thing we found in June 2006 very well. But she remains very slim. Lately, she’s been getting more and more ravenous and we’re worried that she may be developing some other problems. Aside from that, she’s normal, well as normal as Corrie ever was. She is being monitored now in case she needs treatment.

We’ll cross that bridge when we come to it.

Currently, Corrie’s monthly boarding fees includes compensation for the extra cleaning effort because of her lack of toilet discipline. Any other expenses, like medical attention are separate. Can you help defray her expenses?

Whether a one-time contribution or regular donation, token sum or something larger, every bit will go toward Corrie’s expenses and vet bills.
